“Why isn’t my baby sleeping?”: A Masterclass for responsive parents who want better quality sleep

Instead of googling “Why isn’t my baby sleeping?”, come to my free, live online Masterclass this month.

“Why Is My Baby Not Sleeping?!” is for responsive parents who want sleep to be easier without sleep training so they can show up as the parents they want to be.

This masterclass will give you an understanding of what is getting in the way of your baby’s sleep, including why they aren’t:

  • falling asleep on their own

  • having an easy, short bedtime

  • sleeping longer than 3 hours

  • self-settling

  • sleeping through the night

Who is this masterclass for?:

If you have a baby under 3 years of age, and you want to get better quality sleep while still being a responsive, attachment-based parent, this masterclass is for you.  (If you’re a parent-to-be and you want to feel more prepared to support sleep without training, you are welcome, too!). My approach to solving sleep challenges INCLUDES meeting the attachment needs of your baby and does not involve forced separation to teach your baby to sleep.

Join us on February 10th at 10 am ET online. Register here

7 Things I Wish I’d Known About Baby Sleep

Understanding baby sleep is the best way to make bedtime and nighttime sleep easier.

In today's information age, there's a lot out there to overwhelm you about what you SHOULD be doing to support your baby's sleep.

What's worse, all this "shoulding" can really undermine your confidence as a parent.

There's a better way.

Join me for March’s workshop to learn the 7 things I wish I had known that would have made sleep easier in the first 2 years.

If you are looking for attachment-based, truly gentle approaches to baby sleep, join me on March 23rd at 2:00pm ET
